This is a single point system which will be going in the utility room. This room is by itself and some pit is directly in the corner of the wall that he will be exiting. This will run along the side of the house and only go about halfway up due to the height of the home. Radon level in the home was a 3.8 to 4 and it was looking to do this because they have a newborn on the way and concerned about overall health of him and the family. I did talk to him about a BEZ filter although he told me he needed to do a little bit more research on this. Everything went well!

This project should be a super simple 1-point system out of the sump pit. Homeowner purchases home a couple years ago and is in the middle of finishing the basement and wanted to have a mitigation system in place prior to any other finishing. Health concern was the priority. I took a photo of the side of the house where we are needing to exit, and homeowner agreed that this would be the best place as it is also away from their patio that looks out over the pond. Installation went well!
