Our home can be described as difficult. Dustin took his time to design a system that would not only be efficient but also have a good appearance. With the foreman, they have all been nice. They are very courteous and take care of our home just as if it was theirs. They left this home cleaner than when they arrived. Very happy to have chosen Iowa Radon Defense as our company.

They kept us informed, were careful, cleaned up, explained everything, did great.

Rusty and Dakota did a fabulous job. They were very professional and cleaned everything up extremely well. I cannot say enough good things about this crew and the company!! Would give 6 stars if I could! 

The crews that were out to do our install were great. Everything went as expected and things are up and running. 

Rusty and Dakota were very nice and knowledgeable. In addition they were very hard workers. They were here for 5.5 hours and don't think they took a break. Add onto that a 3.5 hour drive each way and that's a long day! We were expecting them in the morning per Lance but they did call at 8:30 and say they'd be here at noon since they were coming from DesMoines. Which was just fine because we were around. Both me and my husband asked a few questions and they were great to answer/explain. They told us if we wanted to change anything (we didn't) you would adjust the cost accordingly. They gave us options/recommendations on where to route the pipe and what to be careful with if we wanted to put some insulation in the crawl space. I would 100% recommend to a family or friend and I actually already have. One other thing I appreciated is that they were able to do the install from start to finish. Another estimate we got we would have had to find our own electrician!

The system is looking pretty good. Everything did go very smoothly and we appreciate that. Both Dustin and Andrew were just fine to work with.

Lance and Cole were efficient and fast. Cleaned up well and I really enjoyed seeing the finished product. 10 out of 10!
