The third complication on this home is that he is too sump pumps. One is sealed up in a wooden box and looks to be very tight so I did not mess with it. The second one is in the utility room which will need to be sealed up like normal. Rusty did let the homeowner know that we can start with a single point to see how well write all levels will drop even though he has elevated levels with a strong recommendation to put into points. Price was a pretty big factor in all this but still glad he ended us choosing us for quality.
