One extraction point will be installed beneath the staircase and routed through the wall to the other side, where the second extraction point will be placed. The system will exit through the side of the home using an existing area where two old pipelines are no longer in use. This placement was selected at the homeowner’s request to avoid routing the system through the center of the house. Careful planning and precise installation will help create an effective system while keeping the finished appearance in mind.

This project required a two-point radon extraction system to effectively manage levels throughout the basement and crawl space. One extraction point was placed on the right-hand side of the crawl, and the second directly within the crawl space itself. The system was designed to vent out near the AC unit, with final placement confirmed alongside the homeowner. Because of the significant cracking in the basement, the homeowner agreed to handle sealing work before installation. Access through the garage made the installation smooth, but the project didn’t stop there. The homeowner also requested a new sump pump and an additional 20-foot discharge line, which we routed neatly alongside the dryer vent and other utilities.
