These clients just learned of their radon elevated levels of 11.8 in basement with two chambers, plus a concrete crawlspace that's 27'x40'. It's an old home with a narrow sump pit. The plan was to block the wall dividing basement and sub slab on either side of wall, core through block low, then go up and route between floor joists to enter crawlspace and have third extraction point. Exit crawlspace on far right back corner below office. Exit through rim joist and place fan on back side of house with fan cover. They added a Breathe EZ filter for extra protection.

This client wanted an additional active passive radon system installed. The house was clean and small. The team started the process in a small utility room at the bottom of the stairs in their basement and there was an old existing passive system to the right hand side of the sump pit in which you open the lid and the PVC is about 6 in down. The access to the attic is located in the garage which is uncommon. Homeowner does not believe that there is another crawl space but she was open for the team to search. It was a smooth install and everyone went home happy.

Needing to do a 2-point system based on right on levels, second shock complaint would probably be okay in your drain tile. The husband works in construction so he'll most likely be home during the installation process but is it really cool guy. He understands everything about radon, it's just this time they had the finances to cover the cost.
