This client was really nice and accommodating. He is straightforward and wanted only a simple system that would fit the budget. They tested and returned with levels of 7. Pretty worried for all people who stay indoors, he managed to decide and get a radon mitigation system. He did explain to us that despite the budget, it will be an investment. The team did offer payment plans and he said from our price point he can manage. It was simple installation from the closet going to the backside of the home. Radon Mitigation and Duct Cleaning for Home With 11 pCi/L Radon Levels

With radon levels averaging 11 pCi/L, this homeowner scheduled a full radon mitigation system installation along with duct cleaning to improve indoor air quality. Duct cleaning is set within the package along with radon mitigation. The plan includes two extraction points: one near the washer and dryer routed above the ceiling, and another along the exterior wall. The system will exit by coring through the foundation, with the fan installed under the deck and piping routed up the side of the home through a deck board. While UVC and Breathe Easy upgrades were considered, they may be added later.

Large Crawl Space Encapsulation and Multi-Point Radon Mitigation Project for Maximum Protection

This home required a major indoor air quality upgrade with two separate radon mitigation systems and full crawl space encapsulation. The first system is a two-point setup with an extraction point near the basement stairs connected into a clean crawl space area, exiting near the rear section of the home. The second system is a three-point radon mitigation design covering multiple basement chambers and crawl spaces, including a concrete crawl area and another section needing full encapsulation. Radon Fan housing covers were also requested to improve the exterior appearance while maintaining strong radon reduction performance. With multiple chambers, crawl spaces, and high-risk air leakage areas, this project is built for long-term radon protection and healthier indoor air quality.

This was a simple family who really taught about getting their own radon mitigation system due to some budget cuts. They were really happy when we advised them that financing was an option. They took a 12-month plan and went all out as they also got a BEZ filter for better protection. 

This will be a 2-point system and two sump pits will need to be sealed up. They are both located in the utility portion of the storage area. The team will need to core through one of the walls to create an additional instruction point and encapsulation and use one of the other sump pits for an extraction point. Rusty from the team was surprised when he walked into this home and saw the size of the crawl space. There is a small storage room with paint in it and pegboard that can be taken down to access the very large crawl space. It is almost broken down into three separate areas that have access to each one of them. The customer was also looking to have the far side of the home insulated. It's the crawl space that drops down a little bit further because they seem to not be able to carry all that much heat in the area. I didn't crawl around too much further in there but could be a good opportunity to add more insulation if it was sought to be fit. The customer was looking to have the external extraction point come out of the corner of their home and was back and forth between the pond side of the house or around the corner with the bushes. The installation was quick and easy!
