Neighboring Installations: Radon System & Duct Cleaning for Local Homeowner
Just down the road from the curb, this homeowner is taking a two-step approach to healthier air. With a radon mitigation system scheduled for May 30 and duct cleaning on June 5, they’re addressing both invisible threats—radon and airborne contaminants. Due to the layout of the basement, a 3-point extraction system is required. A sump pit located under the stairs will also be properly sealed to ensure full system performance. A video walkthrough has been uploaded to CompanyCam for reference, showing ideal extraction locations.
By planning ahead and tackling both radon and duct concerns, this homeowner is making smart moves for a healthier, safer living environment.

Radon Mitigation Installed for Newborn Baby
Kenzie and her husband just had a baby girl 2 weeks ago and bought the house about a year ago. A previous charcoal test kit (radon test) came back with levels of 11, our Eco Blue Monitor was showing a 5.5 but near an exterior door and window. The home had a mostly-finished basement and an inaccessible crawlspace. They didn't have a sump pit, so the best option to do was a sub slab extraction point in closet of guest room on backside of house and core through wall to exit, place fan and run up and around soffit. They have two friendly dogs, a golden retriever and golden doodle. Kenzie was very nice, as was her mom who was there helping with the baby. Everything went smooth as silk! Clients are happy!

Radon System Installed After Waterproofing Project Wraps Up
During a recent waterproofing project, a homeowner also had a radon inspection and testing completed. High levels were found, but the mitigation system had to wait until the waterproofing work was finished. Once the space was ready, our team stepped in to install a radon system tailored to the newly sealed environment. By waiting for the right timing, the customer ensured both waterproofing and radon mitigation would work seamlessly together. Now, the home is protected from both water intrusion and radon gas—delivering long-term peace of mind.
Radon Mitigation - Kellogg, IA
Radon Mitigation in Kellogg, Iowa
We had a detail-oriented customer with an inaccessible crawlspace. Our technician visited the house twice and handled multiple calls and emails to figure out the scope of work. He tested for radon and found out their levels were high. We found a perfect spot in the attic near the sump pit. It was a large room, ideal spot for the radon mitigation system. The client was thrilled with the final result!
Crawlspace Encapsulation - Clear Lake, IA
Crawlspace Encapsulation for Small Home in Clear Lake, Iowa
This client has been our regular from duct cleaning service and now made the decision she wanted a crawlspace encapsulation. He feels that dirt and debris is piling up too much and causing moist to go mold. We had discussed his options and he threw in a radon mitigation system too! It was a 1-point system and he did specifically requested if it could be near the crawlspace for protection. He had a really small basement with windows. The team made it work and customer is satisfied with the results!
