This client takes pride in his home—and wanted to make sure every detail of his radon system met his standards. With a split basement and a pool room on one side, this two-point mitigation system was designed for both performance and discretion. One extraction point will be installed on the pool room side, carefully concealed to maintain future finish-out options. The second point will go in the utility room, with an exit line routed out the back of the house. We’ll seal the sump and a connected drain, ensuring all condensate lines continue working properly.
