Simple Radon Installation in Milo, Iowa

This project should be a super simple 1-point system out of the sump pit. Homeowner purchases home a couple years ago and is in the middle of finishing the basement and wanted to have a mitigation system in place prior to any other finishing. Health concern was the priority. I took a photo of the side of the house where we are needing to exit, and homeowner agreed that this would be the best place as it is also away from their patio that looks out over the pond. Installation went well!
