Niña De Vera

Niña is our Virtual Customer Experience Coordinator based in Cavite, Philippines. She brings 4 years of customer service experience, including two years in logistics and two years as a Virtual Assistant/Freelancer. Her background includes assisting customers with orders and inquiries, answering calls and messages, providing updates, and scheduling appointments. Niña enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and finds fulfillment in helping families create safer, healthier homes through radon awareness. Outside of work, she enjoys playing online games, reading books, listening to music, playing instruments, traveling, spending time with her dogs, and watching movies and series.
